Former manipur chief minister O Ibobi Singh has Friday accused BJP-led government both at the Centre and state of not fulfilling even a single promise made by the party during elections time.
Speaking at the 133rd foundation of All India Congress Committee (AICC) in Imphal’s Congress Bhavan,  O Ibobi Singh alleged that other than completion of nearly finished projects initiated during Congress-led UPA government, the BJP-led government has not taken up ant new projects so far.
