Suspected anti-talk ULFA militants carried out an explosion near Dimow Chariali in Sivsagar district of Assam on Thursday which killed two persons. 

Police said that armed militants came in motorcycle and it is suspected that explosion took place when a grenade lobbed at business establishment of Kamal Agarwala. 

The businessman was earlier served with ransom demand by militant outfit, anti-talk faction of ULFA. A decade back ULFA had targeted the businessman and fired randomly a ..
