As the polling date draws closer in Mizoram, attacks and counter-attacks have dominated the political landscape in the state as each party attempts to expose the “wrongdoings” of another and vice-versa.
Similarly, the Mizoram Congress on Saturday trained guns at the major regional party– Mizo National Front (MNF) with its main target being Robert Romoia Royte, the Aizawl East II candidate of the MNF alleging him of misappropriation of funds.
Addressing the media here today, MPCC Spokesperson Lallian Chhunga accused the North East Consultancy Service owner, Robert Romoia Royte of siphoning the funds sanctioned by the Ministry of Human Resource Development for developing and constructing educational institutions for minorities.
