Rajya Sabha member Kanakamedala Ravindra Kumar of TDP has said G.V.L. Narasimha Rao, his colleague from the BJP, is incapable of mobilising funds from the Central government for development of Andhra Pradesh, but he is making all baseless allegations.
Addressing the media here on Wednesday, Mr. Kumar said that the BJP MP accused the State of not submitting certificates of the utility of funds sanctioned by the Centre for various projects and bungling in the management of personal deposit accounts, but he could not back up his claims with evidence. The alleged misuse of Polavaram funds was also not proved.
