The Opposition Congress will raise the issue of Sweepers Colony in the upcoming Autumn session of Meghalaya Assembly scheduled to begin from September 21 next.
Congress spokesperson, HM Shangpliang said that the Opposition was going to raise the matter very strongly since the State Government had not been able to resolve the issue till now. ‘
“ We recently had a CLP meeting, where we decided to take up issues relating to the problems and concerns of the people in the Asdembly session,” he said.
