BJP Mizoram unit president J.V. Hluna on Tuesday said the party must come to power in order to bring development and change in the state.
The academician-turned-politician said his party welcomes leaders from any party, be it Congress or the Mizo National Front, whoever wants to bring development to the state, to join the BJP.
"BJP rule is the only option to bring development in Mizoram," he said.
