Telangana TDP senior leader Vanteru Pratap Reddy joined the Congress party in the presence of party president Rahul Gandhi in New Delhi on Friday. Party state president N. Uttam Kumar Reddy, District Congress Committee president V. Sunitha Lakshma Reddy, senior leader Shabbir Ali and others were present. He had contested the Gajwel Assembly constituency unsuccessfully against K. Chandrasekhar Rao.
