GU road, law school to be named after Parrikar: CM

Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said the work for the development of Goa should be keeping in mind the dream and vision of former Defence Minister and Chief Minister of Goa late Manohar Parrikar.
The Nobel laureates, scientists would be invited to extend an opportunity to Goan students to listen and to interact with them.
He said that the memorial which will be constructed would be kept open for public for 365 days.

To keep alive memories of Parrikar the Government has taken some initiatives such as University Road at Bambolim to be named as Manohar Parrikar Road.
A law school which is to be started in university would be named as Manohar Parrikar School of Law, etc.
