BJP planning to contest with AIADMK in TN local body polls

Advancing towards the local body polls in Tamil Nadu, AIADMK and the BJP are actively undergoing through the seat-sharing talks.
BJP is trying to open its account in the state with the regional party's support.
Though local body elections are delayed by three years but are expected to take place by the end of this year.
Moreover, the leaderless state wing of the BJP has also been pushing for right-wing Hindus across the state to come together for the local body polls.
It is also said that BJP is majorly eyeing at the Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation.
