Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and his Telangana counterpart K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) will meet on June 17 in Amaravati, sources from the YSR Congress Party and Telangana Rashtra Samithi said Friday.
According to party sources they are expected to carry their negotiations forward on resolving bifurcation-related issues between the two states,
KCR who is also the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) chief, is coming to the Andhra Pradesh capital for inviting his counterpart for the inauguration of Kaleswaram irrigation project on June 21. After he took over as Chief Minister on May 30, YS Jagan has begun talks with KCR on resolving post-bifurcation issues, official sources said.
