The nation remembered Maharana Pratap, the great warrior on his birth anniversary on Thursday. The life of the great leader symbolised ultimate courage, patriotism and sacrifice. Rich tributes were paid to one of the bravest men of India. Political leaders took to micro-blogging site Twitter to pay tributes to Maharana Pratap on his 479th Birth Anniversary on June 6. The leader is considered as the pride of India as he never bowed his head in front of Mughal invaders. Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to Twitter and posted a tweet remembering the great warrior. He said the great leader is an inspiration for people of the nation.
Chief Minister of Rajasthan and Congress leader Ashok Gehlot on Thursday paid rich tributes to the leader on Twitter. "My humble tributes to vir shiromani Maharana Pratap on his birth anniversary. He was an epitome of courage, bravery and strength. His sacrifice will always be remembered with reverence", Gehlot tweeted.
Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar paid tributes to the inspiring warrior on Twitter. "Tributes to Maharana Pratap, one of the bravest & most inspiring warriors of our country on his birth anniversary. His life symbolises courage, gallantry, "never-say-die" spirit, patriotism & self-sacrifice", Khattar tweeted.
