‘Rededicate towards making Nagaland economically strong’

 Nagaland Governor PB Acharya has greeted the people of Nagaland on the occasion of the 70th Republic Day of India.
In a press communiqué, the Governor said the day should not only be an occasion for celebration and rejoicing but also a day of introspection about the success and failures in realizing the goals set in the Constitution and the dreams of the stalwarts of India’s freedom struggle.
By this, the Governor called out to rededicate to the ideals of nationalism and patriotism and to work with commitment, dedication, trust and confidence to make Nagaland economically strong, vibrant and peaceful.
“Our goal should be economically independent, peaceful and prosperous State in tune with other 28 states of the Country,” he said while adding that Nagaland have to come out from ‘Bimaru State’ (Sick State) and become equal partner in making India a prosperous, strong peaceful country.
