No conspiracy, Didi injured in an accident, claims a report by Election Commission

The Election Commission has today released a report of the incident in Nandigram in which CM Mamata Banerjee was injured.
The report of two poll observers stated that Mamata Banerjee was injured in an accident and it was not a planned attack.
The report by EC also claimed that the state CM was injured due to the suddenness of the incident.
Letting you know, the report was made based on the eyewitnesses and the videos collected from the incident.
The report also noticed the failure of the police officials who were the in-charge of Mamata Banerjee's security.
