SC Rejects Convict Pawan Gupta's Curative Petition
- The SC dismissed the curative petition filed by Pawan Kumar Gupta, one of the four convicts in the 2012 Delhi gangrape case.
- Pawan has challenged the May 2017 SC verdict confirming his conviction and death sentence.
- The court said, “We have gone through the curative petition and the relevant documents."
- "In our opinion, no case is made out within the parameters indicated in the decision of this Court in Rupa Ashok Hurra vs. Ashok Hurra”, the court further added.
