Delhi Violence: Death Toll Rises To 42

The violence that began on Sunday over CAA in North East Delhi has killed 42 people.
Delhi Police finally seems to have sprung into action and has begun an extensive probe.
According to the police, 123 FIRs have been filed so far while 630 people have been detained.
Police said that at least 47 peace committee meetings have been held in affected localities.
Additional CP M S Randhawa told the reporters, “We have controlled the situation in northeast Delhi."
