JP Nadda to Replace Amit Shah as the New BJP Chief

  • BJP working president J P Nadda is set to assume charge as party president next week along with home minister Amit Shah. 
     
  • As Home Minister Amit Shah is stepping down from the post, it will mark the start of a fresh chapter for the party. 
     
  • This will bring an end to Shah’s tenure as party chief.
     
  • According to the sources, if there will be no other candidates, then Nadda will be declared as BJP president.
     
  • BJP now faces a stiff test against AAP in Delhi.
