Congress needs to understand how Modi managed to increase his voter percentile from 31% in 2014 to 37% in 2019, said Shashi Tharoor in an interview.
Tharoor argued that Instead of criticizing Modi congress should point out his policies limitations like he built toilets but 60% of them don’t have water supply and he gave gas cylinders to poor rural women but 92% of them can’t afford refills.
