While going to Delhi i stuck in jam and after some time when i move ahead on road i found lots of traffic inspector are cutting chalan. As its told there is lack of service person in city but when its a time of "dehadi" so on a one stop there were several police inspector and i don't understand why these police inspector stop vehicle on busy road. They are for free the traffic or to make jams.
