Cong. MLA unhappy with govt. functioning

In an apparent disapproval of the functioning of the coalition government, Congress MLA from Indi taluk Yeshwantraigouda Patil has said that the government should work as per the aspirations of the people by focussing more on development works than on politics.
Addressing presspersons here on Monday, though he tried to desist from directly accusing the government of not focussing more on development works, he clearly gave an indication that he is not happy with the way the coalition government is functioning.
Referring to drought in the district, he said that people are eagerly waiting for the government to offer relief. “Though recently, Revenue Minister R.V. Deshpande visited the district to assess drought, it is not enough, as I feel more needs to be done,” Mr. Patil said.
