Gujarat govt cannot question schools on particular facilities, says Supreme Court

The Supreme Court has allowed the schools the right to offer any facility of a particular quality if they consider appropriate for the standards of education. The court was hearing a petition filed by schools concerning the Gujarat Self-Financed Schools (Regulation of Fees ) Act, 2017.
