PM Modi is only responsible for the second wave of coronavirus- Rahul Gandhi

Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi held a press conference today about the situation of Coronavirus Pandemic in the country.
He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is responsible for the second wave of Corona.
Rahul added that the PM could not understand the second wave and described PM Modi as the event manager.
On a question related to the vaccine, Rahul said, 'We are the vaccine capital of the world. From where you can take the vaccine, take as much as you can, and apply the vaccine."
He said, "Government should not make excuses. Leadership does not mean that if I couldn't do work, then it is his fault. Leadership means showing my own strength that I will. Do not waste time."
