Stephen's College student Satyam Jha dies of Covid 19, teachers, family claims lack of treatment

  • A meritorious student of St. Stephens College, Delhi, died of coronavirus. The teachers have expressed displeasure over the death of the student.
  • It is alleged that the student did not get good treatment, due to which he died. The deceased's name was Satyam Jha (19).
  • He was a student of history (first year). Satyam himself used to run the Covid helpline in the college.
  • Satyam Jha's family alleged that he died due to a lack of proper treatment of Covid in Kota, Rajasthan.
  • Satyam had gone to Kota from Delhi, where his health deteriorated on 13th May. First, he was treated in ICU in the district hospital, then in the Medical College for 6 days.
