Singapore responds to Kejriwal's tweet on Covid strain, says, 'not new, but one which was found in India'

  • It further added that no new strain has been born there, which is affecting the children.
  • It said that phylogenetic testing has shown that the B.1.617.2 variant is the prevalent strain in many of the COVID cases, which was first found in India.
