Delhi govt to close all Covaxin centers for 18 + as limited stock left, AAP asks Centre to intervene

After running out of stock, the Delhi govt has announced that there will be no Covaxin vaccine at any center for 18+ in Delhi from Thursday.
Covaxin vaccination centers will be temporarily closed. AAP MLA Atishi Marlena said that the Centre should intervene and provide the dose of Covishield along with the Covaxin as soon as possible.
She said that for those who have got the first dose of Covaxin, the second dose of Covaxin is mandatory, so the central govt should make the vaccine available as soon as possible.
It has been told in the Vaccination Bulletin of Delhi that there is no single-day vaccine left for those between the ages of 18 to 44 years.
Another vaccine, Covishield, has 9 days of stock left. Vaccine stock available for ages 18-44 - 4,35,070.
