Not giving oxygen to hospitals is not less than genocide, says, Allahabad HC

The oxygen shortage crisis continues amid the second wave of coronavirus in the country.
The Allahabad High Court said that not giving oxygen to hospitals is a crime, which is not less than genocide.
HC stated that the culprits are those who are responsible for its supply. It added that Covid beds are being shown available in hospitals on the govt portal.
"While calling the hospitals, they say that there are no beds", it said. At the behest of the HC, a lawyer called in front of the court and proved it.
It said that they have come to know that the Covid protocol has been violated in the counting of panchayat elections, asking for the CCTV footage of panchayat election centers.
