Severe charges on Bhopal AIIMS -Patient installed with empty oxygen cylinder

The family of a patient has accused Bhopal AIIMS that the hospital had installed oxygen cylinders to the patient, but the cylinder was empty.
A video of this incident has also surfaced, in which the son of the patient is crying and telling his problem. The family members alleged that the patient was fitted with an oxygen cylinder, but there was no oxygen in it.
