Bihar: Students took to roads to protest against the closing of educational institutions, Rohini Singh tweets
In view of the rising COVID 19 cases, students in Sasaram took to the road against the Bihar government's order to close all private and govt schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
Students of the city's coaching institutes started vandalization on the road against the ongoing guidelines to prevent coronavirus infection.
The students also broke the glass panels of several vehicles. After this, all the students reached outside the District Collectorate and the court and created a nuisance over there.
Soon after this, the police conducted aerial firing and used tear gases to push the unruly students back.
Journalist Rohini Singh has tweeted, "Political parties can hold massive rallies, all kinds of useless celebrations can happen but students shouldn’t study and all Covid related measures are only for the common man."
