TMC leaders Bachchu Hansda and Gouri Sankar Dutta quits party, joins BJP

The West Bengal Assembly elections are going to be held in eight stages. The first phase will start on March 27 and the last phase will be voted on April 29.
After being denied tickets for the West Bengal assembly polls, state minister Bachchu Hansda and Tehatta MLA Gouri Sankar Dutta quit the TMC.
The Minister of State for North Bengal Development, Bachchu Hansda, joined the BJP in the presence of its state president Dilip Ghosh.
Gouri Sankar Dutta, who is a veteran politician and was an MLA from Tehatta in Nadia also switched to the BJP.
Not only this, but Bengali actor Bonny Sengupta also joined the BJP. His close friend actor Koushani Mukherjee recently joined the TMC.
