Recruitment that CM Yogi is taking credit for came in 2015-16, SP ruled at that time, reacts Dalit Congress

A video of a person named Durgesh Chaudhary has been shared from the Twitter account of CM Yogi Adityanath.
In the video, Durgesh can be seen thanking CM Yogi for the recruitment which was not even out in his tenure.
He thanked the CM for the appointments made with full transparency to the post of Revenue Accountant. This has lead to thousands of controversial comments against CM Yogi.
The youth of the state has claimed that no recruitment of Lekhpal has been released during the tenure of CM Yogi.
The Dalit Congress tweeted, "The recruitment about which Durgesh Chaudhary is telling, came in 2015 and 2016, successful candidates got the appointment. At that time, there was SP government in the state."
