Govt busy campaigning in West Bengal, will meet the govt there itself: Rakesh Tikait
Farmers have been agitating against the Centre's agriculture laws for more than 100 days. They have been demanding the withdrawal of the farm laws.
Meanwhile, several BJP leaders are busy campaigning in West Bengal for the assembly elections.
Taking a jibe, farmers leader Rakesh Tikait has said, "The govt is going to West Bengal nowadays, we will meet the government there itself."
Tikait said, "The government is busy in the outing and as soon as it will come to Delhi, the talks on farm laws will resume."
He said, "Today the govt has gone to Kolkata, we will also go to West Bengal on the 13th, there is a great Mahapanchayat in which we will meet the government."
