Nitish Kumar reacts to Giriraj Singh's 'beat up officials' remark, asks, is it appropriate?
- Union Minister Giriraj Singh has today made a controversial remark by asking the locals to beat up the insensitive officials with bamboo sticks.
- Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, a close ally with BJP, has responded to Giriraj Singh's comment.
- Nitish Kumar said, "What he thought about such comments, you should ask him."
- He further asked, "Is it appropriate to use words like 'pitai'? Ask him only." The CM said nothing after that.
- Letting you know, Singh in the morning said, "If someone doesn't listen to your grievances, hit them with a bamboo stick. Neither we ask them to do any illegitimate job, nor will we tolerate illegitimate 'nanga nritya' by any official."
