Union Minister Giriraj Singh has today made a controversial remark by asking the locals to beat up the insensitive officials with bamboo sticks.
Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, a close ally with BJP, has responded to Giriraj Singh's comment.
Nitish Kumar said, "What he thought about such comments, you should ask him."
He further asked, "Is it appropriate to use words like 'pitai'? Ask him only." The CM said nothing after that.
Letting you know, Singh in the morning said, "If someone doesn't listen to your grievances, hit them with a bamboo stick. Neither we ask them to do any illegitimate job, nor will we tolerate illegitimate 'nanga nritya' by any official."
