Not in Congress, but women and Dalits unsafe in BJP govt as well, claims Mayawati

BSP chief Mayawati has attacked CM Yogi over the Hathras case. She spoke about the increasing crime against women under the BJP rule.
Mayawati said that like Congress party, the life, property and dignity of Dalits and women are not safe in the BJP government.
She tweeted, “Though all types of crime are at the peak in the UP govt, but there is a wave of concern everywhere especially from the incident of Dalit and women insecurity.”
Mayawati further added that the Hathras incident and the ruthless killing of a Dalit RTI activist in Gujarat proves that the Congress and the BJP are the same.
She said, “Even in such serious matters, the insensitive and negligent government's carelessness is very sad.”
