If farm laws not withdrawn, will surround the Parliament this time: Rakesh Tikait warns Modi govt

Farmers' protest on the borders of Delhi against the Centre's farm laws has been going on for a month but no conclusion has been drawn out yet.
Meanwhile, Farmer leader RakeshTikait has once again warned the Modi government.
Tikait has said that if the Centre doesn't withdraw the agricultural laws then this time the farmers will surround the Parliament.
Rakesh Tikait added that over four lakh tractors will go to surround the Parliament.
