Coronavirus: 28,637 Cases Takes India's Tally to 8,49,553

With 28,637 cases, India's COVID-19 tally mounts to 8,49,553.
The death toll of the country reached 22674 after 551 people died because of COVID-19.
At present, there are 2,92,258 active cases in the country.
While 5,34,621 patients have been cured/discharged/migrated.
With 2,46,600 cases Maharashtra remains the worst affected state, followed by Tamil Nadu with 1,34,226 cases, and Delhi with 1,10,921 cases.
