To bring back stranded people in other states Nitish govt has allowed to change the rules and make passes.
Other reasons have been added to the online form under changes.
Earlier only two reasons (medical emergency and death) were listed under changes but, now they have added another reason.
To come back people will now have to register by going to https: // covid19.bihar.govt.in, besides helpline numbers have also been given.
On the other hand, people going from Delhi to Bihar can get help by calling 011-23792009 and 011-23014326 of Bihar Bhawan, New Delhi.
