Coronavirus: No More Protests, Delhi's Shaheen Bagh Cleared Amid Lockdown
- Delhi Police cleared protesters from their sit-in agitation site in Shaheen Bagh.
- After more than 100 days, they started the agitation against the CAA amid a lockdown in the national capital over the coronavirus outbreak.
- RP Meena, Dy commissioner of police Southeast Delhi said that the action was taken against violators as the assembly was unlawful.
- “Protest site has been cleared. Some protesters have been detained,” said Meena.
- Let us tell you, Delhi has been under lockdown since Monday.
