Haryana Finance Minister Manohar Lal Khattar presented the state budget in the Assembly.
According to the budget, per capita income is expected to be Rs 1.8 lakh during 2019-20 at constant prices which is an increase of 6.3%
Rs 50 crore will be allocated for free coaching to soldiers and their dependents.
Revenue deficit is expected to be 1.64 % of GSDP in 2020-21.
For Kashmiri migrants, financial help has been increased from Rs 1,000 to Rs 1,250 per person.
