Why did Modi Take 5 Years to Recognize Sharad Pawar's Importance: Shiv Sena

The Shiv Sena described PM Modi’s offer to NCP chief Sharad Pawar to join hands as a “conspiracy” to stop the Sena from getting the CM’s chair.
The party asked, "why didn’t they recognize Pawar’s potential till his party got 54 MLAs elected in the Assembly elections."
It further said, "Pawar has immense experience but to realize this, why did Modi-Shah take 5 1/2 years?”

Earlier, NCP chief Sharad Pawar has said PM Modi had proposed "working together", but he rejected the offer.
He said he made it clear to PM Modi that it won't be possible for him to work together.
