Congress hits back at 'frustrated' GFP
- Congress has termed Goa Forward Party's (GFP) move to join hands with Shiv Sena to bring political earthquake in Goa.
- Goa Congress spokesperson Trajano D'Mello said the Pramod Sawant-led government will collapse on its own as there is growing discomfort within the BJP party.
- The announcement made by GFP Chief Vijai Sardesai of wanting to replicate the Maharashtra model in Goa is mere "frustration for power".
- He is just targeting Chief Minister Pramod Sawant and not BJP as a party.
- It Is just a cautionary note to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah, about the growing unhappiness within the ruling camp in Goa.
