Follow PM Modi’s Respect for Tamil Culture: Tamil Nadu BJP State Unit Urges Members

TN BJP has urged its members to follow PM Modi’s respect for Tamil culture and sport veshti-shirt during the unity march on October 31.
PM wore the traditional Tamil attire to welcome Chinese President Xi Jinping for their informal summit on October 11 at Mamallapuram.
Earlier, the PM had quoted Tamil poet Pugundranar in his speech at the United Nations.

The decision was taken during the state central committee meeting held at the party headquarters on Wednesday.
The number of organizational districts in the state unit has been increased to 60 from 51, according to an official release.
