DK Shivakumar's Wife and Mother Moves to Delhi HC Against ED Summons

DK Shivakumar's wife and mother approached the Delhi HC challenging the summons issued to them by the ED.
They have approached the court seeking quashing of the summons issued against them.
They were earlier summoned by the ED on Wednesday, October 17.

The ED has earlier questioned Shivakumar's daughter Aishwarya; his brother D.K. Suresh; and Belagavi Rural MLA Lakshmi Hebbalkar.
Let us tell you that Shivakumar is in jail for a month after being arrested by the financial probe agency on Sept 3rd in the case.
