Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan said that he would bring the Amaravati capital issue to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah if required.
The people representing 14 different castes have given lands for capital construction, he pointed out. Pawan visited the capital villages on Friday.
He interacted with local farmers and agriculture workers. The residents of Kuragallu and Inavolu expressed concern over the proposal to shift the capital to Prakasam district. On the occasion, he said that he had never opposed the capital being set up in Amaravati.
