Kamal Nath orders probe after ITBP soldier threatens to be next Paan Singh Tomar

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath has ordered an inquiry into the alleged brawl between security guards and a picnic party at the Hanumantiaya holiday destination in Khandwa district of the state that led to injuries to several people.
The chief minister's action comes after a Facebook post of an ITPB Havaldar, who happens to be the brother of one of the injured, in which he threatened to be the next Paan Singh Tomar.
Amit Singh, the ITBP Havaldar, in his Facebook post that went viral on Sunday wrote, "The MP government should give justice to my family or else I will be the next Paan Singh Tomar. I won't need to learn how to fire a gun."
Pan Singh Tomar was an army veteran who turned into a bandit and took to guns to avenge official apathy and land grabber's atrocities on his family in Datia district in the early 80s.
According to SP Khandwa, Dr Shivpal Yadav, both sides suffered injuries in the fracas. "We are waiting for the report from doctors from the district hospital following which further action would be taken."

For the moment police have registered two FIRs and cases have been registered against two guards and 15 unidentified persons.
The incident happened on August 16 when Amit Singh's three brothers and their families had gone to the holiday destination.
According to the brothers of the ITPB Havaldar they had two infants with them and were carrying milk and biscuits with them which the private guards did not allow. "This led to an argument which ended up in both sides exchange blows. The brothers have alleged that guards attacked them with rods and empty beer bottles in which one of the brother's lost 80 per cent of his vision in one of his eyes," police said.
