Will post pothole pics on Twitter: Nationalist Congress Party to BMC
Ahead of the Maharashtra state assembly elections, the Nationalist Congress Party has decided to expose the Shiv Sena by running a drive to spot the potholes and tag to BMC on social media.
Nawab Malik, the NCP Mumbai unit president and spokesperson said that the Mumbai city is full of potholes. "BMC spends the huge amount of its fund on the constructions of road and repairing the potholes. As per the recent BMC record, they spent Rs 17,000 on each pothole. This is nothing but looting the honest tax payers. We want to park close them by running spot the potholes and post to the BMC's official Twitter handle," Malik said.
