The Andhra Pradesh High Court has delivered its judgment on Polavaram hydel project giving stay on the orders of AP government. The state government has earlier announced that It would go for reverse tendering in hydel project works.
The contract company, Navayuga constructions, has moved the High Court and filed petition challenging the decision of the government. The AP High Court issued orders giving stay on the orders of the State government. Now, there is possibility that Navayuga constructions to go ahead with its works on Polavaram hydel project works.
