A week after getting appointed as chief minister of Karnataka, BJP leader BS. Yediyurappa sought blessings from Chinna Jeeyar Swamy here at Hyderabad on Friday.
The chief minister along with his family flew down to Hyderabad from Bengaluru by Indigo airways and went to his Ashram at Muchintal. Yediyurappa will halt at the Ashram for night stay and leave for Bengaluru tomorrow after performing the yagam.
Yediyurappa emerged to power after HD Kumaraswamy led JDS-Congress coalition government fell last week.
