Manipur Legislative Assembly Speaker Yumnam Khemchand has condoled the untimely demise of Donkupar Roy, Speaker of Meghalaya Legislative Assembly.

Y Khemchand further offered sympathies and condo- lences to the bereaved family members of the deceased and prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.
