With the start of Kharchi Puja being celebrated in Tripura, the people of the state have been greeted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday.
The annual festival of worship of 14 Gods, popularly known as Kharchi Puja in Tripura started at Chaturdash Devata Bari in Old Agartala on Wednesday.
Greeting the people of Tripura on the occasion, Prime Minister Modi on his Twitter handle on Wednesday stated: “Greetings to everyone, especially the people of Tripura on the start of the auspicious Kharchi Pooja.”
