Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das commended Union Budget saying that it is a budget 'dedicated to poor, villagers and farmers'. He said, "It's a budget dedicated to poor, villagers, farmers and women. Certainly, this budget is for those people who are deprived of development. Under the provision of Indian government, whatever the budget provisions will be there 34% of the budget will be allocated to the states."
