Chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan would launch the rollout of hi-tech labs at primary and upper primary schools in government and aided schools in the state on Friday. The project is an extension of the H-Tech school project by which 45,000 hi-tech classrooms (from class VIII to XII) were set up in 4,752 government and aided schools in the state.

The event at Tagore Theatre here would also feature the distribution of state and district-level awards (1st, 2nd & 3rd prize winners) for the Little KITEs IT clubs who have excelled in 2018-19.
